Refund policy

All sales are final. Because every item is pre-owned and one of a kind, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review every photo and description carefully before purchasing, and email us at vintessahandbags@gmail.com if you would like extra photos or a video first.

Layaway purchases are also final sale once delivered. The 25% layaway deposit is non-refundable. See our Layaway Terms for details on payments and cancellations.

Every item is authenticated by Entrupy and LegitGrails before listing. In the unlikely event that your item is found to be not authentic, we will issue a full refund of the item price and shipping.

To qualify for an authenticity refund:

• Contact us at vintessahandbags@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
• Provide a written report from a recognized professional authentication service (such as Entrupy, LegitGrails, or Real Authentication) stating that the item is not authentic.
• Return the item in the same condition it was received, with any included accessories. We will provide a prepaid, insured return label.

Once we receive and verify the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged in transit or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
