4. No Refunds; Final Sale; Buyer Responsibility

4.1 All Sales Are Final

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, AND NO CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, the transaction is complete. We do not offer cash refunds, store credit, or exchanges. This policy applies regardless of a change of mind, fit issues, or any other reason not involving a manifest error on our part.

Any legal proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

You agree that any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall first be submitted to binding individual arbitration before a neutral arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
