Shipping & Processing Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). While we strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, processing times may vary based on order volume and item availability.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
We ship from the United States using UPS, DHL or USPS.
Once shipped, tracking details will be sent via email. Please note that delivery times depend on the carrier and location, and we cannot guarantee specific arrival dates. Delays due to weather or the carrier are beyond our control.
Insurance & Signature Confirmation
For added security, all orders over $100 are shipped with insurance and require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, you may need to coordinate with the carrier for pickup or redelivery.
Shipping Liability
Once your package leaves our facility, we are not liable for:

Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us, customers are responsible for re-shipping costs.
